HOW TO PREPARE YOUR MEALS…

 

Ravioli / Gnocchi / Tagliatelle

  • Put your pot of water to boil and add salt.
  • Once the water is boiling, put the frozen pasta in, gently stir (remember it is fresh pasta, it is very delicate!) from time to time until the pasta starts rising to the surface. 
  • Gently pick the pasta up with a perforated basting spoon and place it in the pan with your sauce of choice. 
  • Heat up the pasta with the sauce in the pan for few minutes and it will be ready to be served. 

Lasagne

  • We recommend defrosting the lasagna before cooking.
  • Remove the paper lid and cover the container with foil. 
  • Place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. 
  • Check from time to time by lifting the foil slightly.
  • 10 minutes before it is ready, remove the foil and leave until it’s brown the top. 

Kids Chicken Nuggets

  • No need to defrost.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 10 min or fry in the pan. (They are pre-cooked)

Meatballs/ Meatballs kids

  • Defrost first.
  • Warm in the microwave for a few minutes as they are precooked or warm in the air fryer. 

Melanzane

  • Defrost first.
  • Remove the paper lid and cover in foil.
  • Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Add parmesan cheese on top if you like.

Veal Milanese 

  • Defrost first. 
  • Deep fry in the air fryer or in the pan for 5 minutes – they are precooked.
